Dr Lucien had nice bedside manner and was very thorough, however I was very disappointed to be told to arrive early, which I did, and then to wait over 30 more minutes for my appointment.

Dr. Lucien called me on her lunch break. Not the PA, not a nurse, just her. I was really grateful and had only seen her one time previously but she remembered me. She reviewed my info and responded accordingly.

After talking with the person who answered the phone, he felt my symptoms needed care sooner rather than later. He found a way to get me in earlier. As always the Doctor was sweet & actually reviewed my chart and addressed something concerning to her from past labs. Told me to follow up with a specialist. Booked me a recharge appointment. I enjoy this office because I feel like the Dr takes the time to actually practice medicine & is thorough.

I was very nervous since it was my first visit with a new doctor. Dr. Lucien and her staff were so warm and welcoming, it put me right at ease. I enjoyed meeting Dr. Lucien and I really appreciated the fact that she actually listened to what I said. The staff was very friendly and helpful, which has not often been my experience at other doctor's offices. My doctor of 40 years had retired and I really searched on line and asked friends for referrals. I wanted a new general doctor that would listen to my concerns and work with me. After my visit, I'm so relieved. LuZcare seems to be just what I was looking for!! I couldn't be happier with my decision.
